Technique Sprint

Instructor teaching knife skills

90-minute focused drills: knife work, heat control, and speedy mise en place. High practice, immediate feedback.

Seasonal Menu Lab

Seasonal produce arranged on a bench

3-hour lab: create a multi-course menu from market ingredients. Techniques, tasting notes, and plating tips included.

Our story

Started as a small experiment in 2018, the studio grew from weekly pop-up classes to a dedicated workshop space. We noticed cooks wanted both instruction and creative freedom: a place to fail fast and plate better. Today we run curated cohorts, publish process notes, and partner with local producers to keep the curriculum fresh.

We structure learning as a sequence: observe, repeat, adapt. That arc keeps sessions practical, fun, and innovative.

How a workshop runs

  1. Reserve a slot online and tell us dietary notes.
  2. Arrive 15 minutes early for station setup and intro.
  3. Practice techniques under guided drills and recreate recipes.
  4. Plate, taste, and get tailored feedback to take home.

Why join

  • Learn transferable techniques, not just recipes.
  • Small groups for focused coaching and faster progress.
  • Hygiene and allergen-aware practices built into lessons.
